EXCHANGE/REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you’re not totally obsessed with your Ipshraa purchase, return or exchange it 2 days from the date of delivery. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive the product. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for our team to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of store credit for all COD orders. This can be used toward an exchange, or a new order. Store Credit never expires.

Please note:

  1. When you return your purchase to Ipshraa.com by mail within 2 days from the date of delivery, you will receive store credit for the amount of the product for all COD orders.
  2. Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
  3. Products purchased during any SALE is NON-REFUNDABLE. You can only exchange it with some other product or ask for a coupon code of the same value you have paid. 
  4. We issue store credit only for COD orders, we do not issue refunds.
  5. Hang tag must be attached, and the item must arrive in the original condition that it was shipped in.
  6. Please use the store credit in one go while placing the order. No new store credit will be issued. 

Here’s how to Return or Exchange your item(s)

  2. Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.
  3. As soon as our Returns Team processes it, we will contact you with your store credit code.
